“How is employment defined?”

Employment is defined as receiving monetary compensation for work performed and is proven through the submission of a paystub or self-employment tax return.

“I’m not physically able to fill out my application. Can you assist me?”

Yes, call the Client Services Director at (541) 864-1436.

"If I submit an application, does that guarantee that I will receive funding?"

Submitting an application does not guarantee funding. Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis in order to best utilize Mobility Unlimited’s resources.

“How do I begin the application process?”

“What if you can’t help me? Will you point me in the right direction?”

Yes, call the Mobility Unlimited hotline at (877) 516-0605 so we can refer you to other resources.

“I have a relative that is living with me for awhile that needs a wheelchair. May I get a wheelchair from you until she leaves?

No, we do not own any equipment. Call the Mobility Unlimited hotline at (877) 516-0605 to learn about other local resources.

“I need to have equipment installed in my classroom/workplace. Does this qualify for funding?”

No, we do not install equipment.

“I need medical transportation to my doctor appointments. Do you offer this?”

No, we do not provide transportation. Call the Mobility Unlimited hotline at (877) 516-0605 so we can refer you to your local medical transportation services.

“I have medical equipment that I would like to donate. Can I donate it to your organization?”

No, we do not accept equipment donations. Please call our hotline at (877) 516-0605 for information on donation centers in your area.
